In Conversation With Dual Monitor
Join us for an in depth conversation with producer duo Dual Monitor. Named ‘The UK Genre Alchemists’ by Rinse FM, Dual Monitor aka Fliss Mayo & Zebb Dempster will be sharing their production journey with us.
Originally kicking off their career with Boiler Room Liverpool in 2023, the past two years have seen Dual Monitor evolve into a fully realised touring and production force. Dual Monitor’s discography has been supported across the board from heavyweights from Ben UFO and Conducta to Bicep and Salute. Their tracks have been featured on multiple Radio One Essential Mixes including Conducta’s and DJ Seinfeld / Salute’s.
For those new to CDR Sessions - they feature an in-depth, production focused interview with a guest artist, exploring their career and creative process. The talk is flanked with ‘openCDR’, a DJ set of audience music submissions where producers and artists of all levels and abilities have the opportunity to play their own music on some of the best club soundsystems across the UK. All genres and styles welcomed!
Join our supportive community of producers, artists and music enthusiasts, and learn some transformative techniques along the way.

Keep up to date on all things CDR
Since we started back in 2001, CDR has been all about community, creating spaces for people to connect and develop through music.
Back in the Plastic People days, you could fit all of us in one small room around one soundsystem. Today, our projects and programmes extend from the dancefloor to schools, youth centres, as well as grassroots clubs and venues across the country and further afield. But in challenging times, with grassroots organisations like ours closing all around us, every bit of support counts.
Your help will enable us to continue delivering music programmes and events in the UK to the people who need it most. Our mission is simple: to build an equitable music ecosystem for producers and artists.
