Artist Talk | Mantra & Double O
As one of the co-founders of now legendary club night Rupture, Mantra is a leading figure of the scene. The success of Rupture stands testament to Mantra’s hard work and commitment, alongside partner Double O. Born out of a desire to take it back to basics, Rupture has gone from strength to strength with original lineups that combine the best new DJs alongside some of the underground’s pioneers. Her unique and club ready productions have won her support from dBridge, Loxy, Storm and Flight amongst many other legendary figures, cementing herself as one of the most exciting artists in drum & bass.
They both joined us in Croydon for a very special conversation into their decades year career and for a never before seen breakdown of their productions.

Keep up to date on all things CDR
Since we started back in 2001, CDR has been all about community, creating spaces for people to connect and develop through music.
Back in the Plastic People days, you could fit all of us in one small room around one soundsystem. Today, our projects and programmes extend from the dancefloor to schools, youth centres, as well as grassroots clubs and venues across the country and further afield. But in challenging times, with grassroots organisations like ours closing all around us, every bit of support counts.
Your help will enable us to continue delivering music programmes and events in the UK to the people who need it most. Our mission is simple: to build an equitable music ecosystem for producers and artists.
